Questions

What do I need to start?

An idea of who's in the book and a few minutes. The form walks you through it: the reader's age, each person (a photo or a few words), a drawing style, what happens in the story, and a title. You approve every drawing before you order.

How much does it cost?

A square hardcover, 21 × 21 cm, about 32 pages. Shipping to your country is added, and you see the total before you pay. Outside the EU, customs fees may apply.

Which ages is it for?

Any age. Tell us the reader's age and we write the story for them.

When can I read my book?

As soon as it is made: it opens in your account as a page-turning book.

How long does delivery take, and where do you deliver?

From your order to your door, printing included:

    Estimates; allow about a week more before Christmas. Outside the EU, customs can add a fee on delivery.

    What if something is wrong with my book?

    Damaged, misprinted or not what you approved: we send a new book or refund you. Tell us within 30 days in our help chat. A lost parcel: we check with the carrier, and if it never arrived, we send a new one.

    What happens to my photos?

    They stay private in your account and are used only to make your book and to answer your questions about it. You can delete your account, with all your photos, in Settings; if you have an order, ask us in our help chat.
